- i. It doesn't play any sounds.
- Open the System Preference
- Click the Sound icon
- Click the Output tab
- Make sure to choose a device that you wish to output the sound from the Phobia series applications.
- adjust the output volume. (if the device is in mute mode, unmute it)
Order and Serial Number
- i. The serial number purchased from the web store doesn't get accepted.
- Make sure to use the latest version of the product
you are trying to register (available at store.majorthird.com)
- Make sure to enter your name and serial number exactly as they appear in the order confirmation email.
We recommend that you copy/paste your name and serial number in order to avoid typing mistakes.
